Our Chef, from Lyon (France), having worked in renowned French and Swiss restaurants, puts down his suitcases in Koh Samui, and will prepare you some ``canailles`` dishes cooked with fresh market produce as well as products imported from France. He also cooks for you the best Charolais meat of the island and offers regularly some new suggestions on slate of ready meals and grilled meats on the grill or plancha in complementing of a beautiful ``bistro`` menu.
